This week I received from Berit this gorgeous Biscornu
She put a lot of though and work into it. She dyed the linen by herself and stitched with Satin DMC Floss. The design of the key in the back is from "The Floss Box", the "Leaf wands" on front is also a freebie that she couldn't recall at the moment. Moreover, Berit added beads to make it even prettier!!! I absolutely love it!!!
The biscornu was sent with a lovely letter that is now in my scrapbook and a thimble from Savannah, Georgia = )
Thank you Berit for such a lovely and thoughtful exchange!!!

Aury, I am so glad (and relieved!:D) that you liked the exchange! I'm also glad that the Postman managed to deliver it to you after all that fuss they made (you recall, right?)
For the record, I found out that the "mystery linen" on which I stiched was 32 count Natural Belfast. AND, the "Leaf Pattern" that I adapted from is found on "My Aunt's Attic".
Looks beautiful, great job!! :)
Very pretty, and it's so nice that the fabric is personal too!
