wrote her address incorrectly on the package and it got lost in the mail. TA DAH, it finally came back home today -- six months to the day after it was mailed! Iza, if you read this I am going to repost the package, but I want to get a photo of it first, just for posterity. My husband is off fishing with the camera and won't be home for two more days, but I'll get the photo and mail the package ASAP! The fob really is personalized for you and you really should have it. Oh, I'm so excited to know the package wasn't just purloined by some disgruntled postal worker. My faith has been restored, if we hold on long enough our packages will get where they are going -- even if they have to be mailed twice (LOL).

From Poland, a Surprise

I received a lovely package from Iza yesterday(18 June 2009). In addition to an exquisite floss tag (with a butterfly!), she also included some gorgeous silk floss and a postcard. Beautiful! Here's a close-up of the floss tag, so you can see both her meticulous stitching and the amazing color variations in the floss. Thank-you, Iza, I adore the tag, and can't wait to use the floss in a special project.

Biscornu on its way.

I'm really sorry for not posting sooner, but I had a little trouble with my laptop. My biscornu is making its long way to my over-the-sea partner. I had soooo much fun stitching the biscornu, I hope she'll like it.

Yesterday I received the most precious biscornu from Lisa (Scotland). I just love its lively colors and beads! Thank you so much, Lisa, for this beautiful gift!

Arrival from Poland!

My gorgeous fob arrived today from Iza in Poland. The scan just doesn't show the exquisite work and beading she did around the edges. It also has the most wonderful scent which I believe is lavender. I am just thrilled as this truly is a Tiny Treasure.

She also sent along a lovely green light effects floss and the cutest little stamped linen bag. Pictures of the goodies are on my blog if you want to take a look.
